Emmy Di Gioia is a partner in the Turkish office.

Emmy, an Italian lawyer with Italo-Turkish origins, has been registered to Palermo Bar Association.

Having moved to Istanbul in 2012, she collaborated with different law offices in Palermo, set up and developed the Italian Desk at Postacioğlu Law Firm, founded in 1907 in Istanbul, which is the oldest and one of the most prestigious law firms in Turkey.

Specialized over the years in Turkish law and being proficient both in Turkish (spoken and written) and English languages, in 2017, she set up a law and mediation firm in collaboration with two Turkish lawyers in Istanbul called YGD Consultancy Law and Mediation, a law office present both in the Italian and Turkish territory.

Emmy, travelling often between Turkey and Europe, supports those who have an investment project and/or a trade relationship, mostly, with Italy or Turkey, providing legal consultancy services in the fields of: Labor Law, Company Law, Incorporation of New Co. or Branch Opening, Law of Obligations and Contract Law, Legal Opinions and Legal Disputes in the Turkish and Italian Courts.
