Avv Barbara Tripi graduated in Law at the University of Palermo and is licensed to practice law since 2004.

She immediately specialized in all the problematic ones deriving from the incidents of navigation, including activity, is in favor of the shipowners, is of the interested ones to the cargo, than finally of the passengers, like out-of-court and judicial assistance in the formulation of complaints in cases of loss or damage to cargo resulting from national, international land transport regulated by the CMR Convention or rail, Liability for collision between ships, ships and port works, damage to cargo, passengers, accidents on board, damage to baggage in maritime air transport and damage to baggage in sea and land passenger transport.
