Avv. Eliana Puma graduated in Law at the University of Palermo. She is specialised in assisting companies in common labour law and social security, nautical labour law and social security for seafarers, industrial and union relations, safety workplace and safety on board ships, legal advice on labour law and trade union law to national and territorial employers’ associations.

She provides legal assistance to national and foreign Companies operating in the fields commercial, tourism, public, transports, both in the physiological stage of Company’s life – managing individual employment relations/ human resources, and taking care of industrial/trade unions relations, and in the pathological stage in labour disputes.

In 2017, avv. Puma has a master’s degree in the CISL Study Centre of Florence in “Analysis of balance sheet and management of crisis of enterprise” and She has a solid experience– since about 20 years– on the specific legal sector of “Nautical Work” providing assistance to shipowners and employers’ associations in the maritime sector.
